Background


Create a basic Inbox rule to redirect an email into a certain folder


1 – Create the folder that will receive the emails.  Right click Inbox > New Folder


 

2 – Select the email that you want to redirect, then on top bar, under Rules, choose Create Rule 



3 – Tick as below and change the Subject Contains field to something that identifies what you want to trap e.g. docusign.

Tick Move the item to folder and choose the folder you created in step 1

4 – Repeat for each email type you want to redirect
